Eef Haaze Sponsoring
Eef Haaze (Kampen, 11 August 1982) is at present the number one Dutch flat-water canoe specialist. Every day she trains in Essen, Germany, with just one goal. To be a finalist in the 2012 Olympic Games.
Between 2002 and 2007, Eef was a regular in the Dutch women’s K4, where here results included two bronze medals at world cup competitions in Poznan and a fourth place in the 2006 World Championships.
When her Dutch K4 career ended in 2007, she took up a new challenge, the K1 (single canoe). In 2008, she returned to the spotlight during the European Championships, with some success, reaching the B-final. Later that year, she went one better. At the World Cup races in Poznan, she ended in fourth position.
Since October 2008, she has been training with the German club KG Essen. Here she is supervised daily by trainer Arndt Hanisch and hopes to achieve world quality performances. “Every week, I have between ten and eleven training sessions on the water; summer and winter. Even at temperatures of below minus ten. Every day you are exposed to extreme conditions, and every little boost to your resistance is more than welcome. I am delighted with the support offered by the Plantina vitamins.”
"As part of the K4 crew, we were sponsored for some time by Plantina, and I was introduced to the Plantina products. Since that time I have been taking the multivitamins and vitamin C. I am rarely ill, and if I feel a touch of sore throat, I simply raise my vitamin C intake to knock it on the head. Since last year I have also been taking Ribose, L-carnitine and Q10. And I am pleased with their effects, too. They give me more energy for a third or fourth training session in the day!”
