Vitamin E 300 IE

Powerful antioxidant
Vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants in the body. While vitamin C is the most important water-soluble vitamin, vitamin E is the most important fat-soluble vitamin. Throughout the human body there are polyunsaturated fatty acids, for example in the blood, in the organs and in the cell membranes. These fatty acids are very vulnerable, and vitamin E is essential to protect them. Vitamin E is active in all organs, above all in the heart and vascular system, liver, brain and skin. It increases vitality and has a positive effect on the symptoms of ageing. It also keeps the skin healthy.

Vitamin E 300 IE

100% natural vitamin E
Many types of tocopherol occur in nature. From a biological viewpoint, D-alfatocopherol is the most active form.
The natural form of vitamin E is many times more active in the body than the synthetic form. A supplement containing 100% natural vitamin E is therefore a preferred option. Plantina Vitamin E 300 IE meets this requirement.

What is the difference between natural and synthetic vitamin E?

Natural vitamin E can be recognised on the label as d-alfatocopherol. Synthetic vitamin E is identified as dl-alfatocopherol. This may be a tiny difference of just one letter but it represents a huge difference in effectiveness. The natural form of vitamin E is many times more active in the human body than the synthetic form. A supplement containing 100% natural vitamin E is therefore the preferred option. Plantina Vitamin E 300 IE meets this requirement.

Can Plantina Vitamin E also be applied externally?

Vitamin E is ideally suited for internal and external skin care. External use of vitamin E keeps the skin elastic and supports the capacity of the skin to recover. In the event of skin damage and scarring, external use of vitamin E does the skin a great deal of good, even in treating old scar tissue.
For external use, the softgel capsules of Plantina Vitamin E are particularly handy to use. You can pierce the soft gel and apply the pure and highly concentrated vitamin E oil to the skin. Due to the capsule sheath, oxidation and bacteria have far less opportunity to influence the vitamin E than in the case of liquid oil.

Can I still take Plantina Vitamin E if I am using prescription medicines?

We advise anyone receiving medical treatment or taking prescription medicines to first consult with their GP, physician, chemist or specialist before starting any course of food supplements.
People using blood-thinning agents are advised to not take vitamin E at a higher dose than 400 IE per day.

What is the packaging size?

Plantina Vitamin E is available in packs of 90 and 180 softgel capsules.
