To be used in advance of major exertion (both mental and physical), stress and fatigue.
Coenzyme Q10-H active 50 mg (ubiquinol)
Above all for older people
Immediately biologically available; is the bioactive form. The chemical structure formula for ubiquinol differs from classical coenzyme Q10 in that it contains the H (hydrogen) atom.

Dosage and how to be taken
|
Moderate exertion: 1 capsule 50 mg per day, preferably during or shortly after the meal.
Harder exertion: 1 capsule 50 mg extra, 30 minutes before; or 1 x daily 150 mg
For older people: 2 x daily capsule 50 mg to 1 x daily one capsule 150 mg, preferably during or shortly after the meal.
The Plantina Coenzyme Q10-supplements may be combined with Plantina L-carnitine and Plantina D-ribose.

Description
Coenzyme Q10 occurs in the body in two forms, ubiquinon and ubiquinol. The body converts ubiquinon into ubiquinol. Ubiquinol is a fat-soluble antioxidant occurring naturally in the body. 90% of the circulating coenzyme Q10 in the body is ubiquinol.

Tablet with 50 mg ubiquinol
List of ingredients
Coenzyme Q10, filling agents (soya and palm oil) emulsifier (lecithin), capsule casing (beef gelatine), wetting agent (glycerol), colouring (riboflavin, titanium dioxide).
Does not contain the following allergens (according to annex 3-bis of EU Directives 2003/a9/EC and 2006/142/EC; and updates)
Gluten-bearing grains (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut), eggs, fish, groundnuts (peanuts), milk (including lactose), nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew nuts, pecan nuts, brazil nuts, pistachio nuts and macadamia nuts), celery, mustard, sesame seed, sulphur dioxide and sulphite (more than 10 mg sulphur dioxide per kilo or litre), lupin, crustaceans and molluscs.

To be taken (daily)
In older age: 1-3 capsules Plantina Coenzyme Q10-H active (50 mg) per day.
The Plantina Coenzyme Q10-supplements may be combined with Plantina L-carnitine and Plantina D-ribose.
Preferably take during or shortly after meals.
For normal use: 1-2 capsules Plantina coenzyme Q10 (50 mg).
In exceptional circumstances, such as such as particular exertion (both mental and physical), stress and fatigue: 1-2 capsules Plantinacoenzyme Q10 forte (150 mg)
Storage
Store Plantina Coenzyme Q10- H active in a dry place at room temperature in a well-sealed container. The shelf life is indicated on the packaging. The total shelf life is two years.
