Obama honours Plantina astaxanthin supplier

03 June 2011 - Cyanotech – supplier of the astaxanthin in Plantina Astaxanthin-eco – recently received the presidential ‘E’ award for export excellence.

Together with just 26 other American businesses, Cyanotech was the proud recipient of this prestigious prize, in Washington DC. The award ties in with President Obama’s current plans for doubling American exports by 2015, to ensure new employment growth.

At present, the company sells to 60 countries in 6 continents. According to founder Dr Gerald Cysewski, the prize was awarded to Cyanotech for the company’s excellent customer service and the high quality of its astaxanthin. Plantina would like to congratulate Cyanotech on its achievement!
