26 February 2010 - Plantina congratulates snowboarder Nicolien Sauerbreij on her Olympic Gold Medal in the parallel giant slalom in Vancouver. The achievement of Nicolien Sauerbreij is also remarkable for its double historical importance. For the first time in history, the Netherlands has won a medal in an alpine event during the Winter Olympics. In addition, the gold for Nicolien Sauerbreij was the hundredth gold medal won by the Netherlands in Olympic history.

28 December 2009 - Sporting year 2009 is now behind us. For many sportsmen and women a year after the Olympic Games, but nonetheless no less important. 15 December 2009 - Snowboarder Nicolien Sauerbreij (30) has grasped the first possible opportunity to meet the requirements of NOC*NSF to participate in the Olympic Games in Vancouver.

04 September 2009 - Plantina Vitamins has signed a sponsor agreement with the organisation responsible for top-flight women’s football in the Netherlands, the Stichting Eredivisie Vrouwen. For the coming season, this steadfastly Dutch company will be supporting the six teams that play in the women’s football competition: ADO Den Haag, AZ, SC Heerenveen, FC Twente, FC Utrecht and Willem II.
